I don’t know if you know this but this week Pantone announced the color of the year for 2013 is Emerald green. I did a little happy dance and shouted hooray.
If you’ve been reading this blog long enough you’ve probably picked up on the fact that green is my favorite color and it has been that way since I was about 3. I’ve always thought the color was just so lush and wonderful and I’ve proudly rocked green all my life.
When others might do red for their pop of color I always go for green. I even got the re-released Coach duffle in emerald for my birthday this year – I carry it everywhere and with every outfit. So I’m saying cheers to Pantone for picking the best color for 2013. Clearly, this means I’m going to have a fantastic year, right?
